This is a NY/CA Compliant FN Scar 17.

This Scar is equipped with our own JFS-FN Fixed Mag Kit so that it is available for NY and California civilian purchase.

How it works: Push the front takedown pin out and push the receiver towards the muzzle end of the weapon. This detaches the receiver from the upper portion of the firearm. With access to the top of the magazine load it while it is still fixed to the receiver. Push the receiver back into place and re-insert the front takedown pin. Now charge your firearm.
